Sometimes having a food allergy can really stink! There are so many great foods out there that are off limits to someone with a gluten allergy. This can really make it difficult while meal planning. Lasagna, stuffed shells, gnocchi-these types of dishes are pretty much a big “no-no” for anyone with a gluten allergy unless you prepare them with alternative noodles. While that is not a problem, it sure does make it difficult cooking for my family of five.  Thankfully, I’ve been discovering some great pasta companies like Conte’s Pasta that specialize in gluten-free pasta meals.
